Delivery of our products will be made by GLS within Germany (no Packstations) and to Austria (no Packstations) only. For enquiries from other countries: International Service

Charges for shipping & handling within Germany will be 4.90 € (incl. VAT).

Charges for shipping & handling to Austria will be 7.90 € (incl. VAT).

Free Shipping to Germany and Austria from a value of goods of € 40.00

Payment Methods & Delivery Times

We would like to offer you a pleasant shopping experience. Therefore you can choose between the following payment methods:

1. Payment by PayPal including Buyer Protection

(Your order will be delivered by GLS within 2-3 working days.)

2. Payment by Direct Debit

The Direct Debit payment option is only available to Customers resident in Germany.

3. Payment by Credit Card

4. Pay upon Invoice** within 14 days after receipt of the goods

The pay upon invoice option is only available to Customers resident in Germany.

5. Payment by Advance Bank Transfer Payment

(Your order will be shipped after receipt of payment and delivered within 2-3 working days by GLS.)

PayPal Plus

The PayPal Plus payment service offers various payment methods as PayPal services. If Customers choose a PayPal Plus payment method, they will be redirected to PayPal’s website where payment information must be specified and Customers must consent and confirm to the use of their data by PayPal.

1. PayPal

Customers must already be registered with PayPal, or have to register and authenticate with your payment data in order to be able to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction is automatically carried out by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction.

2. Direct Debit

This PayPal direct debit option is only available to Customers resident in Germany.

Customers do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. With confirmation of the payment instruction, you issue PayPal a direct debit mandate. You will be informed by PayPal separately in advance of the date of the account liability (so-called Prenotification). Under the direct debit mandate immediately after confirmation of the payment instructions, PayPal requests his bank to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is executed and your account is debited.

3. Credit Card

Customers do not have to be registered with PayPal in order to pay the invoice amount. The payment transaction will be carried out by your credit card company immediately upon confirmation of the payment instruction and of you as a legitimate cardholder at the request of PayPal and your card will be debited.

4. Pay upon Invoice

This PayPal pay upon invoice option is only available to Customers resident in Germany.

Customers do not have to be registered with PayPal to be able to pay the invoice amount. After successful address and credit checks and placing of the order, ROYAL APPLIANCE shall assign the claim to PayPal. ROYAL APPLIANCE assigns the purchase price claim against you to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A.

Payments in discharge of your obligations shall only be made to PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. For the payment processing via PayPal, in addition to these Terms & Conditions - the terms and conditions and the data protection of PayPal shall apply. The use of PayPal pay upon invoice is limited to transactions between EUR 1.50 and EUR 1,500.00. PayPal will in its own name perform an identity and credit check on the Customer.

To use PayPal pay upon invoice, Customers are obliged to agree to PayPal’s Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy for Users without PayPal Account and the information about the Credit Check. These terms may all be retrieved from the PayPal Website at https://www.paypal.com/ie/webapps/mpp/ua/legalhub-full.

5. Payment in Advance

If Customers choose the method of payment in advance ROYAL APPLIANCE will deliver the goods only after the payment has been received.

Returns

ROYAL APPLIANCE always bears the costs for returning goods (except for the additional costs resulting from your choosing a different form of delivery than the standard, most favourable form offered by us). To request a free return of goods, please contact our service hotline or write an Email.

Undeliverable Packages

What happens if a package will be returned to Royal Appliance International GmbH as undeliverable?

In case of an undeliverable package you will be issued a full refund (incl. shipping charges) after the receipt of goods at Royal Appliance International GmbH. If you are still interested in purchasing items, you are welcome to place a new order in our Online Shop. Please re-check your contact details (delivery address, billing address and telephone number). Unfortunately we are not able to re-ship your items. What are the reasons your package was undeliverable?

Reasons for undeliverable packages can be an incorrect or outdated address, DHL packing station or postal box numbers, failed delivery attempts or missed collection of the package at the GLS-pickup station. We are not able to reconstruct every individual case so that we kindly ask you to check your contact details (delivery address, billing address and telephone number) in case of an undeliverable package. How can I avoid undeliverable packages?

Check all your information before you complete your order. Try to receive the package personally or via a person of trust. If a package is delivered to a GLS-pickup station please collect your package within 9 working days.
